FAQ
-
WHAT Should I bring to my appointment?
Most important is to bring copies of any imaging including discs for prior CT, MRI, PET, or ultrasound scans. Pathology or biopsy reports are extremely important to bring as well. This can avoid having to repeat or track down prior studies that have been performed.
-
Do I need a referral?
You should check with your specific insurance policy to decipher whether a referral by another physician is necessary to receive coverage benefits. This will differ between insurance providers and policies and can help avoid unexpected out-of-pocket costs to the patient.

I have had prior surgery or treatment. Can I still be seen?
Yes, certainly. We see patients frequently for revision surgery or recurrent disease.
